A Great Big Thanks to Parents

Our field trip to the Phoenix Science Museum was successful thanks to our wonderful parents.  Thank you for donating snacks and water.  We are very thankful to the following parent volunteers who went to Phoenix with us:  Dave McHorney, Page Chancellor Marks, Galena Robinson,Olivia Sethi, Patricia Shaffer, Kristin Westmoreland, and Curtis Zimmerman.  It was quite an experience on the school bus!  Many of our brave students attempted to ride the sky bike.

There will be no spelling test this week.  Please remember to have students read 20 minutes each night. In Social Studies students are researching early colonial times.  They are working in groups and creating a googledoc slide presentation.  Wow!  Their technology skills continue to be so impressive.

Thank you again for sharing your children with me.
