I am happy you are diving in and exploring fourth grade with
me as we “Surf our Way to Successful Learning.” This is my twenty-ninth year of teaching and my sixth year
at Manzanita. My teaching includes
experience in third, fourth, fifth, sixth, and seventh grades. I have a Master’s Degree in Counseling,
and I was Manzanita’s counselor for 2 years.
I love to spend time at the beach, read, walk, and watch
basketball. As a parent, I
treasure my 3 children who are now adults. As a teacher, I treasure my students and know children are a
parent’s most precious gift.
As always it is a joy and an honor being a teacher at
Manzanita.
